Laundromat Art Project Space accepts proposals from all artists at any stage during the year.
You can submit your proposal either by email or post. Images preferred in jpeg or tiff format. Text preferred in pdf or .doc format.
Your proposal needs to include:
- Contact details of the artist/s
- An explanation of the work, including a thorough description of the exhibition, the mediums used, the meaning behind the work and how it relates to the Laundromat Art Project Space. You should also include the proposed name of the exhibition if this is applicable.
- Any images of artwork. If the exhibition has yet to be finished, sketches or diagrams are fine.
- An idea of artist availability to exhibit as well as timeframes around when the work will be available to exhibit.
- Biography about the artist/s, previous experience and other relevant information
All accepted projects receive:
- Est. three weeks exhibition time (subject to change)
- Support from the Laundromat Art Project Space
- Promotion on our website, through our database and other publications (subject to Laundromat Art Project Space advertising schedule.)
